Jessica Rutzick & Associates, P.C. is a litigation firm specializing in complex trial work. We focus
on obtaining just compensation for people injured due to the negligence of others, and provide solutions for businesses and small corporations.

client’s legitimate claims in court.
Our areas of practice include plaintiff’s personal injury, insurance bad faith, land use and development
litigation, as well as complex business and commercial litigation. We focus on helping people
who have been financially harmed as a result of an insurance company’s refusal to cover valid claims.
This includes suits against health insurance companies, employer group policies and benefit plans (ERISA) and
insurance companies who offer general liability coverage.
Jessica Rutzick has worked as a trial lawyer since 1997 and has a diverse and accomplished
background in which she has obtained successful results in state and federal district courts
as well as the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jessica
offers a vast amount of trial experience and intelligent legal strategy and reasoning.

people across the state of Wyoming. Although we are a small law office, you will receive
